About Me

My name is Kate Kelley. I’m a journalism major studying at Crowder College in Neosho, Missouri where I’ve spent most of my life growing up. Most days, I’m looking out windows daydreaming with a cat in my lap. I’ve made it a goal of mine, however, to get outside and experience life. It’s easy to sit back and watch the world happen, but it’s memorable to really be a part of it. I hope to share what I see through my eyes with my voice, and I hope that my voice is heard. I think that one of the greatest gifts humans possess is found in language and expression. Through communication we find each other and through writing we find ourselves.
